ZnbSys provides services related to our AI Agent platform, including without limitation website content, product trials, documentation, and community resources.

We may adjust, upgrade, or discontinue service content or features and will notify affected users in advance where reasonably possible.

Where registration is required, you must provide true, accurate, and complete information and keep it up to date.

You are responsible for activity under your account and must safeguard your credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You must comply with applicable laws and public order and morals when using the services. You must not:

If you violate these acceptable-use rules, we may warn you, limit features, suspend or terminate the service, and reserve the right to pursue legal remedies.

• Violate laws or endanger national security or the public interest;
• Infringe intellectual property, trade secrets, privacy, or other rights;
• Distribute malware, conduct attacks, scrape, or interfere with normal operation;
• Impersonate others or make false or misleading statements;
• Resell services commercially or run automated bulk scraping without written authorization.

Site copy, design, trademarks, logos, and code structure are protected by intellectual property laws and belong to ZnbSys or its licensors.

Without prior written permission, you may not copy, modify, decompile, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit such content, except where law expressly allows fair use.

Content you upload or generate while using the services remains yours or the original rights holder's; you grant us a non-exclusive license to use it as needed to provide and improve the services.

The services may include third-party links or integrations. Third-party services are governed by their own terms; we are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability.

Including a third party does not constitute our endorsement or warranty of that party.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or data loss arising from use of the services.

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability under these Terms for the services is capped at the fees you actually paid for the relevant services in the twelve (12) months before the claim arose (or zero if no fees apply).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so the above may not apply to you in those jurisdictions.

You may stop using the services at any time. If these Terms terminate, provisions that by nature should survive (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability limits) will continue in effect.

If we reasonably believe you have materially violated these Terms, we may suspend or terminate your access with or without notice.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Revised versions are published on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.

Material changes will be communicated reasonably. Continued use after publication constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms; if you disagree, please stop using the services.

These Terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding the laws of Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan).

Disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may submit the dispute to the people's court with jurisdiction where our principal office is located.
